Anna Paquin is a Canadian and New Zealand actress. Paquin was in a brief role in the film's title role when she was just a young girl as part of Franco Zeffirelli's Jane Eyre (1996) as well as she was a leading character in the movie Fly Away Home (1996). Paquin played Frankie Addams, a character from Carson McCullers' novel The Member of the Wedding in 1997. In Steven Spielberg's Amistad in 1997 in which she played the Spanish queen in a less prominent character. She played teenagers on Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000). She also was the character of the teenage groupie Polexia Aphrodisa in Almost Famous (2000).
